Our occupational therapists partner with you to address the things you want to do, need to do, and are expected to do. We work with everyday people on everyday things to improve everyday life. Our therapists are cognitive experts and are equipped with the latest and best research to improve daily functioning for neurodivergent individuals.  Occupational therapy treatment can occur at home, virtually, or in the community. ​​​Treatment focuses on maximizing your autonomy, safety, and satisfaction in daily life.

Do you experience chronic pain, recurring injuries, coordination, postural, or balance concerns? You deserve to live comfortably. Our physical therapist will support you in better understanding the physical needs and capacity of your body to promote long-term comfort and wellness. Our experienced therapists provide personalized caregiver training, teaching you how to safely assist with mobility, transfers, bathing, dressing and more—right in your home.​ We assess your home environment and provide tailored recommendations for adaptation or equipment that improve safety and ease of care for both caregiver and loved one. Based on your needs, we connect you with trusted community resources such as home health care, respite support, and medical equipment vendors.

Have you tried again and again to get your life in order but it never seems to last? At Diverge, we offer more than just one-time organization services to get your place in order. We offer coaching to help you learn about your strengths, anticipate challenges, and develop yourself as a lifelong, functional organizer. We will also organize alongside you to teach you the tricks of the trade in a safe, motivating environment. In-person or virtual.

College Life Skills Group

This 12-week hybrid group is designed for neurodivergent college students in Michigan who want to build confidence, community, and sustainable systems for success in college and beyond. Designed and led by neurodiversity-affirming licensed therapists, this group focuses on what isn't taught in the lecture hall: executive functioning, time and energy management, self-advocacy, social participation, and independent living skills.

 

Participants learn practical tools to support daily routines, sensory regulation, and navigating campus life while connecting with peers who get it. Whether you’re living on campus, commuting, or learning online, this group helps you find what works for your brain so you can thrive—not just survive—college life and beyond.

Coming Summer 2026

Learn to understand and respond to your body’s signals in ways that work for your brain. A neurodiversity-affirming OT-led group to help you understand and regulate your body’s energy, sensory, and stress responses — without judgment, compliance language, or ‘fixing’ yourself. 

This group will be available to folks in Michigan, Oregon, and Washington and private pay/HSA only. More details soon!
